"Room was spacious and clean. The AC was nice and cold during the hot summer. Very central location but was quiet at night. There is after hour check in service which was great. Only complain is that the phone to TV connection was not great, kept dropping out and we have tried multiple devices with the same outcome. "

"I had a lovely stay at the Cubana in Ballina. They are the friendliest staff I have ever met and always had a smile and a chat. The rooms were spotless and I just loved that I had a kitchen and laundry available anytime of the day. The pool was sparkling and the grounds well cared for. The rooms were quiet and even though many people stayed, I didn't hear them. Thanks for a great stay."

"The staff we’re very accommodating we arrived early and asked if we could have our room as we were attending a funeral and they accommodate us in our request. The room was clean neat and tidy. Amenities were good. If we had a function in Ballina we would definitely stay there again."

"Bronwyn was a fantastic host, promptly getting back to our queries, providing us with plenty of info on the area. The house was a serine tranqual place to relax for our family holiday, and was so well equipt with not only kitchen appliances and pantry staples, but also with pool toys and bikes which were a pleasant surprise.
