"We had a late check in and the staff was very accommodating and nice. Whenever we had a request it was promptly addressed and taken care of. The only downside was upon getting to the room it was very hot and had and extremely strong fish odor in the kitchen to the point of being unbearable. The space was very good and the views were even better. Having the AC on and the unit deodorized would’ve made the stay much more pleasant."

"We had a great stay at Brown Suites! The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed — washer, dryer, LG Styler, full kitchen, and even a massage chair. It made our family feel right at home. The location was super convenient, with plenty of eateries, supermarkets, and easy access to train and metro stations. But during our last 2 days, there was a slight odour in the corridor, we guess possibly from neighbouring units or leftover food waste from the rubbish chute, but it didn’t...

"The location was great, just a short walk from BIFF Square. The area around the hotel was quiet and very nice. It was a shame that the water pressure in the shower was weak, but other than that it was a stress-free stay!"

"Everything was excellent!!!!! Only one thing I would recommend. I’d like them to have option to communicate via email for the foreigners from the beginning. They couldn’t contact me on the check in day because I have out of country phone. I called them with friend’s phone to request send me check in info via email. Even that wasn’t an inconvenience but would have more easier. "

"We enjoyed the stay at Busan Paradise Hotel. We took advantage of the kids zone as we had two young kids. Also, the pool and the spa were a great addition and attractions to this resort. However, cleanliness of the spa can be improved. Multiple members of my family got rashes after using the spa. The location was terrific, and we appreciated the hospitality of the staff. "

"Best Louis Hamilton Haeundae was the perfect location for us, not only was it accessible but the hotel itself and our room is very clean, fresh towels are delivered daily and everything was just great! Would recommend this hotel if you are in Busan!"

"We had a family room with a view of the sea. The location is great, and breakfast was provided—a simple yet satisfying Korean buffet. There are washing machines and dryers available at a very reasonable price, and single-use detergent can also be purchased on-site. It's about a 10–15 minute walk to Haeundae Station, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and fuss-free hotel. "

"The location can’t be beat! You’re connected to the Lotte Department Store so you have easy access to shopping and all the great food options. There are also inexpensive restaurants, bars, and cafes that surround the hotel if you don’t want to pay hotel prices. Staff were extremely friendly and always willing to assist. Prime example of Korean hospitality. "
