"The hostel, the staff and the breakfast they provide is all great!
What’s let it down is the tour I booked with them to the pyramids. Firstly I was booked onto a tour to see multiple pyramids when in fact I’d just wanted to see the Giza pyramids and sphinx, maybe there had been some miscommunication.
Firstly on the Giza pyramids part of the tour I was unexpectedly taken to a dodgy looking guide centre outside of the Giza site and pressured to pay "

"It’s a good and affordable place to stay, traditional breakfast and amazing people
The mattress is a little bit to hard but for a few hours and days we could survive. "

"Where can I start because this hotel is outstanding. When we arrived we were welcomed with a delicious drink and then one of the front desk ladies (very kind) walked us to our room. She had a fruit and nut platter delivered to our room and it was fantastic. Let’s talk about house keeping on floor 5 (We were in room 506) House keeping is 5 star they made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. My husband and I had a couples massage and it was one of our best spa massages. We had the pleasure of having dinner at BABEL SHARO, Lobby Lounge & Vivo and each meal was delicious and the servers were very friendly. I shopped in one of the shops inside the hotel and purchased a dress and the sales associate was very attentive and helpful (I purchased a YMZ Cairo Dress). Each day everyone in the hotel was so friendly. The bellmen were so helpful with making sure we were safe and getting in the correct cars when we left for tours in the morning. I love the Ritz Carlton Hotels, but the Nile Ritz Carlton is top tier and 5 star . I would recommend the Nile Ritz Carlton to all of my friends and family."
