"Clean hotel, amazing service by the reception team. They were professional and helped with everything needed for our stay to be memorable. The only problem was the parking, very small and we had to leave the car outside and pay quiet expensive for 5days. Overall was very pleasant the stay. "

They don’t tell you if you get late you are to be locked out of the parking,one night we were able to get in with a card they gave us, next night they didn’t have the card and we had to park somewhere else that at the end was cheaper. Excellent chalet with stunning views close to ski slopes but in quiet area
"Les Alouettes was as described. A great chalet for two families of four with extra 2 beds on a mezzanine. It was a shortish walk to a button/T-bar lift/bus to gondola - we used hire car to go to car park nearer lifts as too far for children in ski-boots. Not many food shopping outlets so worth getting a shop delivered (very efficient Coop service). The chalet was really comfortable with very good facilities for cooking (we didn't eat out at all). Lying in the hot tub looking up at the stars and distant mountains was a real treat. The snow was good for 4 days with heavy snowfall on 5th and powder skiing on final day/. The resort is very family friendly. The ski school was good and we had a great time."
