「ここは素晴らしいですよ。まるで、コーンウォールの隠れた宝石のようなところで、スティーム・サウナ、ジャグジー、プールなどでゆっくりとくつろぐことができます。その上エクササイズ室も充実しています。バトミントンもできますよ。もちろんゴルフもできますそれから小さな子どもたちが室内や室外で遊べる施設もあります。なんといっても、自炊ができるというのがいいですね。お部屋によっては川や草原が望めるところもあります。」

「we stayed in the Gamekeepers residence, was spotless on arrival with pretty much all the equipment we needed for a weeks stay. Couldnt buy too much chilled food at once as the fridge is a little small but loved our stay there. the bed/bedroom is really nicely done, perfect for a couple. Minimal contact with staff which suited us as thats what we like. Close access to shops and ameneties in the town very close by, and a good homebase to explore lots of different areas of Cornwall. Would come...

「Absolutely loved Grace! She greeted us upon arrival and was available the entire weekend for our stay. The small staff was exceptional! All very friendly. Accommodations were modern and clean, bed was comfortable. While it wasn’t a bothere to us. Be warned they have live music on weekends so it will be noisy from 9-11p.m. We would stay here again if we were ever to come back to the area.」

「Parking was brilliant as the overflow was close to our room. Bed was super comfy and good shower. Staff friendly and breakfast really yummy.」

「宿泊の予約以降は、予約内容の確認や変更、タクシーの予約などはホテルと直接、英語のメールで行いましたが、きめ細かに、かつ無駄なく対応してくれました。チェックイン時から対応が的確、親切で、どの従業員さんも笑顔が絶えず、利用して本当に良かったです。実は、家族の一人が電車の網棚にリュックを忘れてきてしまったのですが、受付の方が親切に鉄道会社と交渉してくれ、ホテルに届けてもらうことができ、パスポートなどの貴重品が無事だったという経験もしました。ビジネスライクなホテルも多い中、親身になって適切に対応してくれるホテルはなかなかないかと思います。部屋も広く、インテリアもセンスよく、清潔、快適で癒やされました。イングリッシュガーデンや施設なども美しく清潔で、周辺の景観の素晴らしさと相まって、最高の滞在でした。是非また滞在したいと思います。」

「Only complaint would be pillows, for me, flat firm pillows dont work. Staff is the best! They were always Super helpful. Location is good...close to the Barbican, aquarium, and waterfront. Room was very clean, well appointed and had great black-out drapes.」

「Parking right outside, easy check in, was shown to room. Newly renovated rooms are clean and decor is great. Comfortable beds and bedding. Fresh milk in fridge. Bar area was warm and welcoming, even on a busy December weekend with very well priced drinks. Would 100% stay here again. 」
