「スタッフの皆さんの対応も素晴らしく、部屋も綺麗に行き届いていて、素晴らしいホテルでした。 ただし、日本とは違い歯ブラシはないので、日本から来る方は、歯ブラシは持参が必須です（無料のスリッパはあります） 旧市街など中心部にも近く、タリン空港からも近いので、アクセスが良いのも魅力です。 また、朝食もとても美味しく、トマトジュースが好きな私には、トマトジュースがあるのはとても嬉しいサービスでした。 The service of all the staff was wonderful, and the room was clean and attentive, so it was a wonderful hotel. 「エレベーターが無いことが書かれていますが、個人的にはこのホテルには必要ないと感じました。 ルームキーは昔ながらの所謂「鍵」で、外出の度にレセプションに預ける必要があるため、人によっては不便と感じるかもしれません。 他の方も書かれている通り、スタッフは大変親切です。 しばしばタリンはヘルシンキから日帰り出来る観光先として紹介されているようですが、急ぐ必要が無ければ宿泊をオススメしたくなるホテルだと思いました。」

「La habitación era perfecta, cama cómoda, cocina bien equipada, incluso te dejaban un cargador para el móvil. El baño, también, tenía secador. Y estaba todo limpio y funcional. Solo cabria achacar un, pero, que sería la ducha, que al ser plana resultaba complicado ducharse sin inundar el baño. Pero con un poco de cuidado se puede uno duchar sin muchos problemas. Otro detalle a tener en cuenta es que no hay ascensor. De todas formas, la atención del equipo de bob fue genial. Mejor que hoteles...

「The hotel was in a great location and staff were really helpful. My husband commented that the bed was one of the most comfortable he has ever slept in. We didn’t realise the hotel was in such iconic buildings until after we arrived and really liked the unique charm it had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. 」
