The spacious kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate guest bathroom. The upper floor comprises two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The first bedroom has one bed measuring 150 cm x 200 cm and an exit to the balcony. The second bedroom features a French bed of the same size (150 cm x 200 cm) and an exit to the terrace. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have forced-air heating.
