Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. Room was very comfortable and very clean. One of the more interesting hotels we have ever stayed in.

Outstanding service! Everyone at the hotel was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond during my stay. They even helped me extend for extra days at the same price, which I truly appreciated. Excellent in every regard. Brilliant hotel. Great walk along the river into the centre that adds to the excitement of visiting Porto. Port houses within metres of the hotel makes it even more wow. Balconies and terraces and the views are wonderful. The rooms and suites are very well appointed, super comfortable bed, great shower room, the mini kitchen was excellent, the minibar and snacks on another great level of care and thought. Meal and drinks very good indeed. Service was exceptional throughout. If you cannot guess by now I entirely love this hotel and has a huge recommendation from me.
