"De ontvangst was raar want er was niemand in het hotel. We waren te vroeg, rond 11 uur en we wouden ons bagage binnen zetten en er was niemand om ons te helpen, de deur ging niet open. Dus zijn we gaan rondlopen en proberen te bellen naar het hotel maar er was nog steeds niemand. Het ontbijt was verschrikkelijk pover, voor 10 ā‚¬ pp. We kregen elk een croissant en een klein broodje, dat was het. We vroegen nog een croissant en dat was niet mogelijk. Verschrikkelijk dus en met honger van tafel."
