We had a lovely week here. The property and pool were very clean and kid friendly. The owners were very helpful and friendly, whilst they only speak French, we managed to have conversations with the help of Google Translate (and our limited spoken French)

un bon lieu!

I have to say, despite the proprietors of the hotel speaking absolutely no English and us speaking basic French, we were so well looked after. We stayed in one of the cottages which meant we didn't get breakfast, but the cottage was extremely clean and modern with everything we could need. The proprietors made an effort to communicate, as did we (with the help of mobile translation app on both sides!) Our hire car broke down the day before we were due to leave and although the language barrier was there, they couldn't do enough to help us, even speaking to Europcar in French to try and ease our frustration and anger, then showing me what was said, courtesy of the app! If you are looking for a little hotel, just outside La Rochelle and on a main National route, please give this place a go!

Très bon séjour aux Trois Cèdres. Les équipements (chambre, piscine...) sont très satisfaisants et correspondent bien au descriptif. L'accueil chaleureux fait la différence sur cet établissement : les propriétaires sont très sympas, serviables, donnent de bonnes infos sur la région, prêtent la cuisine pour se faire à manger aux occupants des chambres... Je recommande fortement !
