Property and staff were very nice but very few persons were there which made things a little too quiet. Nice wide beach and clean beach as well. Nice breakfast to get each day started as well.

La relación precio/calidad deja mucho que desear

Llegamos un sábado y salimos el lunes (3 días- 2 noches). El precio del hotel, es de uno, de categoría media a alta, sin embargo, las comodidades que ofrece son bastante básicas. En la habitación, las instalaciones son normales, el colchón y las almohadas muy incomodos, prácticamente imposibles para conciliar un buen sueño. A su vez, los electrodomésticos son viejos y con desperfectos; la refrigeradora estaba tan vieja que sonó durante toda la noche y se nos dificultó mucho dormir, tuvimos que desconectarla para que dejará de hacer ruidos. La televisión, es bastante antigua, de manera que prácticamente es imposible ver cualquier programa de televisión. El aire acondicionado sufre algún desperfecto, pues aunque tiene regulador de temperatura, este no sirve, o enfría demasiado o no lo hace. La tarifa incluye desayuno, el primer día nos ofrecieron: frutas, tigrillo, huevos revueltos, pan, jugy café. Al siguiente día, nos sorprendimos al ver que el desayuno era pollo al jugo, un plato de frutas y jugo, dado que no era de nuestro agrado preguntamos si tenían algo más y nos dijeron que no. En un hotel de este precio, los huéspedes deberían poder elegir, pues pueden existir personas que tienen una dieta diferente, no consumen cárnicos, etc. Fuimos en la noche al restaurante, y la persona que atendía parecía no estar interesada en hacerlo, nos dijo que no tenía muchas cosas de la carta. OPORTUNIDAD DE MEJORA

La estadía, instalaciones y en general toda nuestra experiencia fue excelente. La única recomendación u oportunidad de mejora es que se mejoren las opciones del desayuno pues fue muy limitado, para el precio pagado se debería esperar un desayuno tipo buffet o por lo menos algunas opciones más. Bastante básico el desayuno. Por el resto una excelente experiencia.

Pueden mejorar

El hotel es bonito pero han bajado mucho la calidad de los desayunos, no hay muchas opciones para elegir, por otro lado el personal del hotel es descortés, no saludan, no ayudan y son muy displicentes para decir las cosas. Por el precio que cobran deberían mejorar la calidad del servicio incluso las aguas sin gas que ponen no son de cortesía como tienen la mayoría de los hoteles de ese rango, por otro lado en el bar de la piscina dicen que todas las comidas vienen con papas y gaseosa y no es cierto, al preguntarles que porque no Dan la gaseosa dicen que esa promoción es antigua, sin embargo no la quitan de la Carta

Great hotel -- decent for the money

No hot water in the showers -- kind of a drag. Better than average blast though! Parking is on premises and protected so that is a plus. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Right on beach too -- so this is a great place.

The hotel was clean, nice and hotel staff was helpful and attentive. Complimentary breakfast was very nice, the only negative was that the WiFi was terrible. Internet access was impossible, so the work I had planned to do I couldn't.
