"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. It is in a quiet street but very close to the centre of town. The staff were all lovely and accomodating. The breakfast was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful weekend away from the bustle of Istanbul. "

"Honestly, would give this place 10 stars if I could. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. I loved the clean and spacious room/bathroom with a comfortable bed, along with the amenities. Heating & Cooling very well adjusted, according to the weather. The daily free breakfast & housekeeping provided was top-notch. Would highly reccomend this place, as It was one of the best Hotel experiences I've ever had. Thanking everyone for their gracious hospitality and making me feel completely at home. "Lovely and accommodating staff. Aziza was so friendly and helpful and her lovely nature made my stay more enjoyable. Peaceful atmosphere and great ambience in the dining room. It was my second time here, I already knew it's a lovely place and good staff."

"Black mould visible on walls, ceiling and all over the bathroom. Staff were lovely but only one person on the property at any time and no way to draw their attention if they were occupied. The vacant block opposite allows a beautiful view. Away from the touristic area which was a deliberate choice but the poorly maintained paths made access with luggage difficult. Laundry was returned still damp in a plastic bag and no tea/coffee making facilities available before 9am. Would not pass health and safety regulations in any western country. Disappointing because from outside it looks perfect and has so much potential. The owner keeps her distance and communicates via WhatsApp messages.."

"Sadly the standard of bedroom did not live up to the plush reception area, with a shower that leaked heavily flooding the bathroom, poor quality towels, basic beds and bedding, old war robes and simple furnishing. The food offered catered to the locals with overseas offered no alternatives unless a premium price was paid. The staff were on the whole excellent and tried very hard to assist but the core business of hosting weddings at the hotel seemed to take preference. The pool area was basic with food and drink expensive however my wife was struck on the shoulder by a very heavy pool umbrella caught in a sudden wind gust, no interest was paid to the injury but 3 members of staff battled to restore the umbrella upright and secure it. The in house internet was average if not weak and overall normal reception including for tv was not good. Mudanya is a very nice, vibrant and colourful seaside town and attracts many visitors, I feel this hotel could do considerably better. "
