Lovely hotel

My experience at the hotel was pleasant, the staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the hotel had facilities available. The hotel wasn’t far from the city centre and coast. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Very spacious suites. Bathrooms need venting. Some items ( like Iron for example) needs to be replaced. Air-conditioning works great. Service is great otherwise. Car parking can be difficult if busy.

Very good Hotel.

All the hotel staff were very kind, so it was a pleasant trip. I was very satisfied with the room cleaning condition, and the breakfast and dinner were also very good. If I go to YALOVA next time, I want to go again.

It,was my first time staying ın Yelova, and ın the Ramada Wyndham Hotel. It's not what I expected the hotel to be. Its old, ın a very busy section off Yelova. There's nothing that stands out for me to make me go back again.

Smoking smell

Everything was fine, I was going to extend my reservation. But in the middle of the night the smell of smoking started to creep into the room. Then in the morning at 9 the smell got worse, which woke me up. Note that my room was non-smoking.

Good location, service and cleaning poor

Ok location, 10 minutes walk to city center. Staff and service below par. Staff seems uninterested, ignoring customers as much as possible. Hotel demands pre-payment of whole stay at check in, and when extending stay, they insist on full check out and check in on the day of extension. Restaurant has ok menu, but runs out of main ingredients. No alcohol sold in restaurant, but waiters says it is ok to go to shop next door and buy beer to bring with you to the meal. Rooms are roomy with good size and comfortable, clean beds and towels, but cleaning of rooms are very lax.

Yalova seyahati tercihim burası

Oteli çok beğendim, sahile yürüme mesafesinde, odalar çok temiz, konforlu yataklar ve odanın tavanlarının yüksekliğine bayıldım. Resepsiyon hemen girişimizi yaptı, otelin önüne park ettik. Yalova’ya tekrar gidişimde burayı tercih ederim.
