Dieser muss 30min vor Ankunft erneut telefonisch bestätigt werden. Nur um dann zu erfahren, dass der Schlüssel in der Box deponiert ist. Informationen betreffend Checkout haben wir 6Stunden nach Checkout-Termin erhalten.. Bad, insbesondere Dusche sind stark verkalckt ansonsten sauber. Zentrale Lage in Dudelange.」

The trouble started when we wanted to park the car, arriving late Friday driving from Denmark, we were anxious to start our vacation. We had received information a picture of the garage belonging to this apartment, but none of the four keys worked. They couldn’t even get into the keyhole, we called the contact number at hotels.com and were redirected to Lux Flats. I explained the situation and a kind man said...
「A perfect place to base for a 3 day motorcycle tour around the surrounding area. Staff were polite , room was large and very clean , it is on a main route into the city so the traffic never stops fully. Restaurant is very busy 」

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen. Das Bett war ausserordentlich bequem und hat mir einen erholsamen Schlaf ermöglicht. Auch das Zimmer war makellos sauber und strahlte eine angenehme Frische aus. Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt und kann dieses Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen.」
