The property was nice, a building in the centrum. The room was quite big, bed comfortable de distribution was good, WIFI worked properly. My only note is that breakfast is very basic. Good coffee, Croissant, bread, cheese, orange juice (no natural), some jam & butter.

Sehr gute Lage in der Mitte der Fußgängerzone. Ein und Ausladen vor dem Eingang war trotz Fußgängerzone möglich, was hilfreich war. Leider war der Rest des Aufenthalts weniger ansprechend: - als wir ins Zimmer gekommen sind war bei uns auf dem Fensterbrett Zigarettenasche zu finden!! Ja es war leicht “versteckt” hinter dem Vorhang, aber wie kann das denn bitte übersehen werden, bzw. Wie lang longer es dort denn vielleicht schon? - underground parking is 12 euro a day and is a horrific garage that smells horrible and has a completely outdated system to open the gate! Please renovate at least the gate, so we do not have to pull a string anymore at the bottom of the hill to get out!! - we had a wedding to attend and were relying on an iron to steam clothing which these days almost every hotel has one in each room…after we called and the reception said she would give it to us, it was nowhere to be found when we walked downstairs to pick it up. She said “maybe someone took it” and laughed. I asked her to let us know when they find it - never heard anything. - even though our reservation said “breakfast included” there was no breakfast available at the hotel, which no one warned us about the day of check in. Apparently no staff available! - you can hear noise from the adjacent rooms all night! - in short, prices are way too expensive for what you get and I do not recommend staying here!

ontbijt was vers, en voldoende. maar niet heel uitgebreid, hotelpersoneel hield er rekening mee dat er niet teveel voedsel overbleef of verkwist werd ! enige nadeel, er was geen bar in hotel, en TV was niet aangesloten op kabel. dus ook geen TV zien op kamer ! hotel is te voet vrij vlot bereikbaar vanaf station, en voldoende horeca in de buurt !

Het hotel is erg verouderd en zijn prijs niet waard. Het ontbijt was een tegenvaller en we werden om 08u gewekt door discussiërende kamermeisjes die dan de gang begonnen te stofzuigen...

Bon accueil et service, personnel accueillant, petit déjeuner varié et très bon, chambre confort et propre. Par contre très mal isolée, j'entendais absolument tout ce qu'il se passait dans le couloir et la tv des voisins à 1h du matin. Également ça sentait la cigarette dans ma chambre parce que les voisins fumaient.

Ho prenotato una stanza per tre persone pagando regolarmente con carta di credito. Dopo poco ricevo la telefonata dall'hotel e una persona mi informava che la struttura non aveva stanze con tre letti, ma mi offrivano due stanze senza costi aggiuntivi. All'arrivo mi chiedevano una cauzione di €150,00 per eventuali danni. Quando sono andato via si sono trattenuti €25,00 come supplemento per la seconda stanza, che io non avevo né richiesto né prenotato!

goede ligging voor combinatie zaken en shopping

alles prima in orde. Hotel is duidelijk gerennoveerd en heeft modern-zakelijk interieur. Zeer goede douche, zeer goed internet. Matras was misschien iets te hard voor mij. Enig advies: de entree van de prive parking is in een andere straat en het zou goed zijn om dit adres al op de website te vermelden, gezien het feit dat het hotel midden in een wirwar van autovrije en éénrichtingstraten ligt.

Wo soll ich anfangen? Als ich ins Zimmer kam, brannte nur eine Lampe. Sonst kein Strom. War aber zu spät und wollte nur noch schlafen. Am morgen in der Dusche hatte es noch gebrauchte Rasierer und viele Haare in der Dusche. Als ich die Duschkabine schliessen wollte, kam mir die Türe auch noch entgegen. Konnte ich dann aber selber reparieren. Strom hatte ich da noch immer nicht. Ich durfte dann mein Zimmer wechseln. Das war zwar ein bisschen besser. Der Duschkopf war aber mit Klebeband an der Stange festgeklebt. Parkplatz war auch nicht kostenfrei obwohl es in der Beschreibung steht. Kann dieses Hotel leider nicht weiter empfehlen. Sorry

Nous avions réservé 3 chambres il y a 2 mois et lorsqu’on est arrivé…. Plus de chambres disponibles…. Overbooking?? Et même pas un désolé. (Il nous a fallut trouver 3 chambres à 20h30 où tout la région est full full) Plus jamais, et faites attention!

Hôtel sans grand intérêt niveau accueil ! La fenêtre de la chambre était ouverte avec le chauffage à notre arrivée literie moyenne, j’ai eu mal au dos le matin
