「The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. Any issues we had were resolved promptly. My main complaint is the inconsistency sometimes the service, food, cleanliness, and hospitality were excellent, and other times very disappointing. Also, there is no safe walkway outside the hotel, so if you enjoy walking, running, or biking, it can be very dangerous.」

「Hotel needs renovations in the rooms. Bad smell inside the bathroom, old fixtures, cold shower, damage mirror.」
