Staff were fine, just very minimal with communication. The property was located one block over from the red light District in Frankfurt. No hate to that kind of a situation just that it was a drug infested area of the city. There were literally people shooting up drugs sitting on the sidewalk outside the entrance. The parking garage was expensive, not well marked. And was so tiny and so tight. It was terrifying to even get in and out of and someone hit our car while it was parked down there. AC was terrible. There was barely any hot water. We had this same property booked for later on in our trip here and we canceled and booked a different hotel.

"Small town hotel. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast is very basic. Very small and slow lift. Rooms are very small and no air conditioning is offered. Best to avoid and stay in Frankfurt instead."
