「Great location. Clean property.」

「Great stay and great host!」

「The location was convenient and met our needs. The apartment was clean and spacious and we were able to spend downtime watching tv in the common area. Light switches were clearly marked. The Level 2 EV charger worked great. The host was very communicative.」

「Quiet spot compared to other motels I've tried nearby. Not much frills but solid basics covered.」

「Everything was great the chairs in the kitchen screws need tighten in the hot and cold water handle in the bathroom sink came off. Need tighten besides that everything else was great. Love the place will recommend to all my friends and family loved it.」

「TV channels were fine and the air conditioning made a big difference in comfort.」

「Great location. It was clean for the most part. However there were a lot of gnats which was irritating. It only had one window AC for the entire unit and we were there during a heat wave which didn't help. The AC worked fine, but the unit is probably just a bit too large for a single window AC. Otherwise the unit is as advertised and the landlord was good about keeping in touch and offered recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Overall a good value for the cost and it is a short...

「Excellent listing! Clean, organized space handy to many attractions in Erie! Check-in and out very easy, host comminicative and helpful. Would stay again! Great property」

「Shower pressure was steady and towels were thick enough.」

「Nice quiet location and very clean place to stay while visiting. It was the perfect location as my mom lives in Lake City, PA and my brother's live in Conneaut, OH. Communicating was excellent with anything that came up. Will definitely be staying at this location next year.」

「Can’t complain about a last minute booking」

「Perfect little honeymoon spot close to our venue in Waterford.」

「Our second time staying here. Host was super supportive in meeting our needs. We are an “ older” couple and appreciate the lack of noise or distractions during the nights. Don’t hesitate to stay here when you need to be in this area.」

「Great location, Holly was awesome!」

「Great place to get away and relax! Well stocked and clean!」

「We would use this place again. Close to winery. Winery staff was very helpful.」

「You have the whole house so it is nice and quiet. I stayed here twice this summer and it was very convenient and relaxing. AC works well and the bed is comfortable.」
