"Albert is outstanding host, responds quickly to all request and questions. The house was immaculate and has everything you need for cooking and the beach. The bed is very comfortable. Washer and dryer are brand new. The beach is private and only a few steps away, no street to cross. Great for shelling and finding shark teeth, or just relaxing. Amazing sunsets. This is our second time staying here and we will be back again!"

"This is our second stay at this house and 3rd on Manasota Key in a year. If you are looking for a quiet vacation and perfect spot near Stump Pass I highly recommend this house. On top of that I must say how awesome the host is. My AC went out unfortunately on my first day (Saturday) and was out for 24hrs. The host had someone there on Sunday the day before Memorial Day and it was fixed as fast as possible. Between great communication from the host and the beautiful location this is definitely my favorite spot. Thanks Andrew!"

"To be candid, I was a little unsure whether to stay, but I am delighted I did. It is a very convenient location with no shortage of places to eat and close to everything else, too. The room was refurbished recently and spotless. For the price, it could not be beat. The daily housekeeping service was a real surprise, especially since most hotels are still only offering it every two to three days."
