The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, featuring modern amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, toaster, and kettle. Whether you're whipping up a home-cooked meal or catering for the entire family this kitchen has everything you need for a delightful culinary experience.

With 3 inviting bedrooms, our home provides ample space for a peaceful night's sleep. The master bedroom comes complete with its own ensuite, while an additional bathroom and three toilets ensure convenience for all guests. A favourite of guests is to walk from the house to The Bluff or a morning walk along Franklin Parade and stop to get a coffee at the Yilki deli.

Encounter Bay is a beautiful, peaceful part of Victor Harbor. There are a number of cafes and restaurants close by, with a larger selection of these, as well as bakeries, banks, supermarkets, variety stores, doctors and chemists in nearby central Victor Harbor.

The popular seaside town of Victor Harbor is located 80 kilometres, or just under an hours drive, south of Adelaide, South Australia. It has clear turquoise waters, sun, surf and sand, stunning views and many restaurants, cafes, shops and sea-based activities. Encounter Bay, the peaceful area of Victor Harbor, is an excellent base for many activities and the perfect spot for a family holiday.

Encounter Bay has a few fantastic foodie delights; Eat @ Whalers, Yilki Deli, Beach House Cafe and The Boulevarde. Most spectacular walking trails.
