"Communication with the host Dan was great. Had everything we needed. It was a very cozy way to celebrate our 42 nd anniversary. We will be going back in Aug or Sept. Only saw 1 elk on our drive there but on the way home we saw a very large heard. It was beautiful."

The beauty of this home is breathtaking, from the large windows overlooking the grounds, to the huge fireplace in the living room, to the charming bed rooms! The kitchen was probably the best stocked kitchen I've ever experienced.Our family enjoyed the warm glow of the massive fireplace while we gathered in the living room for great conversation and story telling!Rita was a great host. She was very pleasant and friendly! She made sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean and extremely spacious.I would highly recommend this estate for an experience you will not forget. "Beautiful lodge and stunning views! Our family went away for the weekend to celebrate my dad's birthday. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and the kitchen open and functional for cooking and staying in! Beautiful property and we enjoyed the firepit and boys played football in the front yard. Clean, comfortable and everything you need to enjoy a stay!"

"It is a very cozy home with mostly everything you would need, (no washer or dryer) but the the furniture was all very comfortable , the kitchen was clean and equipped. It had raised very heavily for a couple of days during my stay so the trout stream was running very hard as the water was raised. It calmed down after a couple of days and we were able to catch a few fish. If your looking for a peaceful stay this is a great place "

"This was a great location for all we planned on seeing in this section of Pennsylvania. The home was very clean and neat; roomy and nice design; had everything you would need to prepare meals; quiet and peaceful backyard. We saw an Eagle, a Blue Heron and a Kingfisher at the creek. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely visit again if we are back in the PA Wilds."
