For travellers not renting any cars, the location was quite far away from major Luzern tourist spots and thus inconvenient. Needed to transfer to local bus(es) if you were taking trains. For the room amenities, modern, pretty but impractical."

The room was the largest we've ever stayed in, despite our many years of traveling and booking hotels around the world. The breakfast was good, although the selection could be a little larger and offer more variety. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the receptionist was especially professional and welcoming.
