The top floor of State of Mind serves as the heart of the home, with an open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area designed for connection and comfort. You’ll love the natural light that pours through generous windows and sliding doors, leading to a wraparound deck and a cozy screened porch—perfect for morning coffee or evening breezes. The well-equipped kitchen makes family meals a breeze, while the comfortable living space offers plenty of room to kick back after a day in the sun.

Downstairs on the ground level, the fun continues in the expansive game room with a pool table, movie room for family film nights, and direct access to the stunning, newly remodeled pool area. The integrated hot tub, mix of covered and open deck spaces, and private entrance to the outdoor area create the ultimate backyard oasis. A laundry room adds convenience, and a private exercise room—equipped with a Peloton bike and full weight set—is also available for guest use via a secure keyless entry.
