「This home was clean, inviting, well maintained and well stocked! One of my favorite things was the spices available in the kitchen, the guests have taken good care to restock and replenish as using items. The starter toilet paper and coffee was a huge pro! Mary Ann and Scott were accommodating and great communicators. The beach was an easy walk from the home and the upstairs balcony had a lovely ocean view. In general, we can't wait to visit again!」

「Services were easy and quick. I wished they listed their rules on the main page when you are deciding to rent or not. They waited until the day we were leaving to give us the rules list. Most places list this on the main description which allows travelers to decide if the property or owners are being reasonable with their rules/requests or if the travelers should continue looking for a place with less rules. Hotels don't require so many rules so when deciding on a VRBO this is a big decision to...

「The first couple days we noticed there were some shortcomings with the listing such as missing items that were listed as supplied, but not there. The previous guests left trash out by the street and there were items of trash throughout the backyard that needed to be picked up, so our dog would not eat them. The gas grill needs to be replaced and when we got there and went to use the grill the first night the gas tank was empty. The communication with the host was respectable. Missing beach...
