「We have stayed in this awesome house for several years now. You can sit on the front porch in a rocker and hear the ocean. The access to the beach is just steps away. It’s so peaceful here since there is no through traffic. There are bicycles, walkers, and golf carts that go by out front but no cars. We always enjoy our stay and hate to leave. 」

「This is a beautiful property. Plenty of room to accommodate our eleven adults and one grandchild. The pool and hot tub got a lot of use through the week. Both were clean and well maintained. Deck space was plenty for our group to spread out. Great ocean view and nice, clean beach. The two kitchens was a nice plus (especially the two refrigerators- one for food, one for beverages. Would happily stay here again. 」

「We had a wonderful time on Emerald Isle!!! My husband, cousins and their kids made great use of this home and the closeness to the beach. 「The house was in great shape and had plenty of room for us to move around, even when it rained. The kitchen is well-stocked (unlike many that we have stayed at) and the unit even had extra beach chairs that were in good shape (not rusted). The beach is very deep in this part of the island, which is the primary reason to have a beachfront home.」

「Our stay was great! Everything was as advertised. The unit was clean and just like the pictures. The owner is very helpful. He texted me in the morning before we checked in with instructions, directions, and codes for the unit. All were very clear and helpful. He even suggested some local restaurants. We didn't have a reason to contact the owner but it was nice knowing he was available. Hope to be back soon.」

「Terrific location. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Easily accommodated 14 people. Enough kitchen utensils and cooking equipment to make large meals. There were sand toys for the kid, shibumi shaded 2, boogie boards and kites. The interior was beautiful , the beds comfortable, bathrooms clean. The owner was responsive when contacted.I highly recommend this place.」

「We loved the Catalina cottage so much. The lay out of the house was perfect for our family. The beautiful picture windows showed off the ocean perfectly. The porch and the private balcony were tge best places to hang out. And no beach trip is perfect without an outdoor shower. They have a great outdoor shower. We loved everything about the cottage. And our host, Debbie was super easy to talk to and communicated easily with us. 」

「It did not feel like an apartment at all. Do you walk in the main level and it feels like a house. It's a very spacious and comfortable. I opened up all the windows in the Lanai and opened up all the windows in the condo and the coastal Breezy air flowed through the whole place and it felt like we were outside even when we were inside.
