    Amenities: Wireless High Speed Internet; Central AC with Baseboard Heat; Ceiling Fans; Exterior Washer/Dryer shared with Cooleemee Place North; Fully Equipped Kitchen with Stove/Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster Oven. Covered and Driveway Parking.

    Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

    Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No Fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Walking distance to the beach and decent restaurants / coffee shops! Just a note that the bed is quite high (but comfy) so physically limited guests might want to choose another option

The check in process was very easy and straightforward. However, when we first arrived to the property, the main door was wide open and there was a car parked in the driveway. Come to find out, the cleaning people did not shut the door all the way and the wind blew the door open. The neighbors staying in the adjacent duplex parked their car in our driveway. So to say the least, we were quite confused.Once we checked the duplex and called for assistance, everything was settled and we felt comfortable bringing in our belongings. The rooms were clean and exactly as advertised. One of the reasons we decided to book this duplex was the location and it being pet friendly. We had very quick access walking to the pier and beach. There were multiple restaurants and shops within walking distance which was a plus.We did have an issue with the air conditioner going out, but the host was very quick to have a professional come out and check on it. She brought a window unit for the bedroom (which was very nice) and made sure we were comfortable until the main air unit was fixed.Overall, we had a great week of weather and enjoyed staying in this duplex. It was very quiet and located in a great area of the island. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to be within walking distance to the beach and if you plan on bringing your dog.

We had a great time. The location is excellent. The kitchen is probably the most well stocked with cookware and utensils than any place we’ve stayed. It was a little surprising that there wasn’t, or we couldn’t find, basic spices like salt and pepper. No big deal, just surprising. The only other thing is that the bed sits really high. Anyone with mobility issues could find it challenging at best. I would definitely come back!
