Level One: Huge game room with pool table, foosball table and shuffleboard. Wet bar with full-size refrigerator, an ice maker that makes 30lbs of ice! A table with chairs, 2 large leather sofas, and a flat screen tv with netflix. Enclosed garage. Enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. Stainless steel gas grill.

Level Two: Living room has a gas log fireplace and dining area has seating for 10 people. A large Kitchen with refrigerator with counter with seating for four people, a microwave, ice Maker, wine cooler and 2 Dishwashers. Covered Porch with Rockers. Bedroom #1 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and Full Bath. There is one Full-Bath in the Hall.

Level Three: Oceanfront Bedroom #3 has a King Bed, a Full-Bath & access to a Covered Deck. Oceanfront Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed, a Full-Bath and access to a Covered Deck. Oceanfront Bedroom #5 has a King Bed and access to a Covered Deck. Bedroom #6 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedroom #7 has a Queen Bed. There is a Full Bath in the Hall.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
