"I stayed at the Versailles and overall had a great experience. The staff were helpful and the property itself is beautiful. My room on the ninth floor had an amazing view of the water, with beautiful homes and yachts nearby. The only downside was that Club LIV is located in the hotel. I stayed during a Sexyy Red concert, and when the event ended around 4:00 AM, the lobby was packed with drunk partygoers. It felt uncomfortable walking through the crowd to get to my Uber. I also didn't see any security, and there was only one front desk employee who seemed overwhelmed by guests asking about rides and food deliveries. Other than that, the hotel was amazing and I really enjoyed my stay."

"While this may have been specific to my room, there were several issues that affected my stay. Parts of the room appeared dusty, one of the toilet paper rolls was wet upon arrival, and the soap dispenser was not functioning. Additionally, the room was extremely compact—closer in size and feel to a college dorm room than a traditional hotel room—which may be a consideration for travelers expecting more space. What I Liked * Excellent location with convenient access to nearby attractions, dining, and transportation. * The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall The property’s location and courteous staff were definite highlights. However, the cleanliness concerns, maintenance issue, and very limited room size detracted from the overall experience. With greater attention to housekeeping and room upkeep, the hotel could provide a much more comfortable stay."
