「A warm welcome after a long drive from Jane/Owner. Accommodation was clean and comfortable, the shower was instantly warm! The owners were lovely, very friendly, attentive and accommodating. My daughter and I were going out very early one morning and thought we would miss breakfast so Sean/owner made us bacon sandwiches and put cartons of juice in the fridge to take with us! 「Room was clean and comfortable, food was lovely, the staff were brilliant and helpful. The only problem was the remote control for the tv didn't work and staff didn't seem to know how to fix it. While it's certainly not the most important thing we all know 99% of hotels have got TV's in them, it's standard these days so the staff should be trained in how to work or set up the remotes and there should always be spares. There should be a set of instructions near the reception or even in the rooms...

「Room booked into online was twin doubles in the cottage. When checked in was told now in Redhead suite. Very large lounge area with 1 bed in and separate bedroom with other. New carpet but a few scuff marks on walls and a couple of tatty edges to windows but it’s not rated as 5 star. Decent buffet breakfast and staff were good. 」

「Room was spacious and nicely decorated, had a great bath and toiletries. The pub was lovely and we found the evening meal delicious. The breakfast was very good also. Location was great 👍 not too far out of Newmarket itself . Easy parking, would definitely recommend. 」

「Clean, quiet, comfortable room with a very comfy bed, plenty of facilities e.g. tea/ coffee, toiletries, bottled water etc. Staff are excellent especially Adam and Lorna. Food - breakfast and evening meal were also excellent, we cannot fault the Eaton Oak and will be returning soon. A big well done and thank you to all of the staff!」
