Très belle propriété, trè...

Très belle propriété, très propre, belle piscine, les propriétaires sont très aimables et toujours à disposition. La plage est à proximité à pied. La propriété est située le long d'une route d'où assez de bruit de voitures, mais malgré cela nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Entspannung pur - Casa Esther

Wir wurden sehr gastfreundlich empfangen, herumgeführt und es wurde alles ausführlich erklärt. Während des gesammten Aufenthaltes hatten wir immer einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort, unsere Vermieter haben uns all unsere Fragen beantworten können und haben sich zwischendurch erkundigt, wie es uns geht und ob alles in Ordnung ist. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Supermarkt, Strand und Restaurants gut und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, daher 5 Sterne!!!!

No privacy at all or a quite time to relax

Unfortunately we rented this property, and from the description and email correspondance with the owners we expected a quite and private place for our family vacation. We left the property within 48 hours and wasted preciouse family time. From the website, the location was suppose to be the 3rd house away from the main road. However the house is placed next to the highly busy and noisy main road. When you are outside, you will have to stop your conversations due to the noise. However, this was not the worst thing about the "house"...the owners lived on the same property, and they can see the pool area from their livingroom. They told us that we would have the place to ourselves and that the pool area was only for our family, but they used it themselves. Furthermore, if you want to have turned on the pool light at night - forget it, unless you want to start an argument with the owner. The best thing about Denia Villa Esther was when we left the place!!

Few things to know before you book!

We booked 3 expensive weeks in a Villa for complete privacy...sadly we did not get this. Owner, Rafael, very sweet but in out out of our space far too much. Would appear several times a day...Even used our "private" pool whilst we were in it!!! and actually told us to go to bed one night, when we dared to stay outside til midnight!! Privacy? What privacy? Villa well equipped but very basic and really needs a little makeover. Linen package was very expensive for old and tired towels etc. Says that they have an outside BBQ (little one on wheels) but they don't like you using it. Property on a main road. Loud traffic night and day. Outside patio area very dark in the evening. Only 1 little light. Pool lights didn't work due to an overgrown tree that was worked on while we were there! Clean pool but needs a makeover. Had to pay extra for your electricity...small ineffective aircon in bedrooms. However, beach very close and local restaurant "Hero" very good. Need a car to get to supermarkets and into Denia. We would return to area again but our romantic, costly 3 week, private getaway was not up to expectations. Real shame for us.

A nice holiday in Els Poblets, Denia

We have been to Casa Ester for 5 years now. It's a very relaxing holiday . You can stay in the garden and enjoy the pool or walk to the nice sand beach and take a swim in the sea. You can also take a walk and explore the surrundings. The owners are very friendly and social and helps you with all that you need.

Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben. Die Vermieter war sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Meer und der Pool machten unseren Kindern und uns sehr viel Freude. Danke an die Vermieter für alles.

Logement très bruyant, situé au bord d’une route très passante.

La maison est située au bord d’une route très passante, beaucoup de bruit jour et nuit. La maison est vraiment chez les propriétaires, pas moyen d’avoir d’intimité. Les toilettes étaient en panne dès le premier jour et n’ont pas été réparés. Le lave linge n’est pas raccordé, Il faut payer l’électricité à la fin du séjour... Seule la piscine était agréable. Le prix de la semaine est beaucoup trop élevé pour le niveau des prestations.

A little gem in Denia!

Our hosts were very friendly but not intrusive. Property was spacious and nicely furnished.There is a well stocked supermarket a few hundred metres up the road with buses running approximately hourly to town. The sandy beach is a 5/10 minute stroll away.We had a nice trip to the weekly market and coffee with the owners Helma and Raphael.This was our first villa holiday however although there was a pool it was shared.That aside we enjoyed our stay & would go again.

Beautiful villa, fabulous pool, lovely people!!

Helma and Rafael are a lovely couple who made us feel so welcome and the bungalow was perfect! The pool is gorgeous and our kids loved it! The local beach is lovely and literally a few hundred metres away. The restaurants in the area were great and Helma and Rafael recommended places too. Denia is not far away and we spent a day there on the beach and the kids spent some time out on an ' inflatable island' in the sea which they really enjoyed! The weather was hot and sunny and our pale Scottish skin was shielded from the hot sun by Helma and Rafael's beautiful palm trees! This was our first holiday abroad in several years and was a great experience, we totally recommend it!

Superbe séjour dans une superbe villa

Hello Raphael, Nous avons passé 3 superbes semaines à la Villa Casa Esther. Idéalement située et très proche de la plage, nous avons alterné entre baignade à la piscine et baignade à la mer. La villa, intérieur, extérieur et piscine sont très bien entretenus et propres; le jardin est joliment arboré et l'ombre naturelle des palmiers vraiment appréciable. Il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour s'y trouver bien. Le propriétaire, Raphael est adorable et est toujours disponible si besoin est. Un restaurant sympa, la Bresca (recommandé par Raphael) est à 5-10 min à pied et on y mange très bien dans un cadre vraiment agréable. De bien belles vacances ensoleillée sur la Costa Blanca, il est bien possible que nous y retournions - la Villa Casa Esther fera partie de nos choix.

Un pur régal!!!!!!!!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, et une préparation afin de nous accueillir au mieux en amont de Helma a été très appréciable, dommage que Helma n'est pu être présente. Un grand Merci à Rafael pour son accueil et ses conseils de visites. Petit clin d'oeil à Rafael pour cette petite dégustation de vin blanc. La visite de Valence en vélo et le musée archéologique d'Alicante valent une petite visite. Guadalest vaux vraiment le détour, très joli village médiéval avec ses différents musées, surtout le musée de l'infiniment petit, et en redescendant sur Atélia, si vous êtes passionnez de motos alors un petit arrêt au musée de l'auto moto s'impose, un pur régal. Promis Rafael, dès que l'on peut, nous reviendrons.

Super prestation, super propriétaires!

Avant tout une super maison, avec une super piscine, qui convenaient parfaitement pour 3 jeunes! Helma était d'une gentillesse incroyable et d'une aide précieuse, nous avons adoré chaque moment passé avec elle. C'était une hote au top! Merci encore à elle pour toutes ces petites choses qui ont rendu ce séjour extraordinaire 😁 Selon nous un micro onde aurait été utile, et quelques problèmes de wifi de temps en temps sinon tout était niquel! A bientot pour d'autre chupito, des bisous d'Eva, Mathieu et moi meme

Sehr angenehmer Urlaub im Februar

Das hatten wir nicht erwartet. Bis zu 24 Grad und das im Februar. Die Anfahrt im Dunkel war etwas schwierig, aber ein Anruf bei Rafael und Helma und wir wurden auf den richtigen Weg gebracht. Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir brauchten. Es war alles sauber. Die Wohnung würde auch für vier Personen gut reichen, da die Schlafzimmer auseinander liegen. Etwa 1 Km entfernt ist ein Supermarkt, da wurde dann morgens das frische Baguette geholt. Es war saisonal bedingt noch sehr ruhig. Beim Supermarkt sind auch noch drei Restaurants, eines aber derzeit nur am WE offen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder mieten. Iris und Uwe

La Casa Esther est parfaite pour passer des vacances en famille. Nous avons profité de la piscine (équipée d'une douche) ainsi que de trés belle plages située a 5 minutes à pieds. Les propriétaires (Helma et Raphaelle) ont été trés disponibles et réactifs pour effectuer les modalités de réservation de la villa. Sur place, nous avons été trés bien acceuillis par leur fils Marcello et sa compagne Dayenne.Nous avons également fait la connaissance de Lidya (soeur de Marcello) et ses filles Demi, Chiara et Luna. Ce sont des gens formidables que nous n'oublierons pas. Nous vous remercions encore pour ces trés belles vacances. Audrey, Romane, Gabrielle et Yann

très agréable villa proche de la mer

Merci à Helma et Raffaele de l'accueil qu'ils réservent aux hôtes de leur villa. Le jardin et la piscine sont vraiment un enchantement, nos enfants (5 et 8 ans) ont passés des vacances dans l'eau du matin au soir. C'est au choix pour la plage la plus proche : soit sable, soit galets, nous avons appréciés les deux suivants les jours. Les lits sont bons et la cuisine très bien équipée autant en éléctro-mémager qu'en vaisselle, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas en location.

Onze geslaagde vakantie in Denia 2015

Normaalgesproken zitten wij elk jaar op een camping, maar aangezien bij mijn vrouw een tijd geleden een hernia geconstateerd is hebben we dit jaar maar eens gekozen voor een appartement/villa. Zo zijn we bij Helma's Villa "Casa Esther" uitgekomen. Alles was keurig netjes toen we daar aankwamen, en ik moet zeggen dat de vakantie in een villa met alle luxe die erbij hoort me erg goed bevallen is en we dat waarschijnlijk volgend jaar weer doen. Er zaten ook Nederlanders in de andere villa. Het zwembad moesten we met hen delen werd gezegd, maar ik geloof dat het niet van die zwemmers waren want ik heb ze nauwelijks gezien. Ik geloof dat ze steeds op pad waren. We hebben zelf ook een paar excursies gemaakt zoals een dagje naar Ibiza met een van die snelle Balearia boten. We waren er voor ik het wist zo snel gaan die dingen. Onze kinderen waren tevreden over het uitgaansleven, en we hebben de hele tijd heerlijk zonnig weer gehad. Al met al echt een goede vakantie gehad, het contact met Helma was voortreffelijk en alles was precies als beloofd. Groeten, Ronald van Dijk

Une semaine très agréable

Cette location " Villa Lydia"est conforme au descriptif, propre et bien entretenue, des locations il y en a beaucoup bien entretenue, mais des propriétaires comme Helma et Rafaele sont rares, on a l'impression d'arriver dans une maison amie de longue date, et cela change tout. Perfekt holiday stay

Stayed 3 wonderful weeks in Casa Esther. The nice owners, Helma and Raffaele, took very good care of us. They showed us in the surroundings, gave us tips and helped us in every way. We also haved very pleasant dinners together. The bungalow was very well equipped, clean and of good size. Nous avons très appréciés notre séjour , la maison était parfaite comme sur le site , bien équipé , rien ne nous manquaient l'endroit est calme et bien situé , proche de la mer et du centre ville de Denia , sans oublié la superbe piscine . Marcelo nous a bien accueilli avant l'arrivé de son père Raffaele , un Monsieur tres sympathique discret et toujours disponible pour nous conseiller sur la région ( parle plusieurs langue ) Guadalest nous à vraiment éblouie , les fonts d'Algar , La plage LA BARRACA , les grottes de Benitaxell , el cabo de San Antonio et le fameux Portixol ...le musée du chocolat Vallor à Villajoyosa vaut le détour . les villages dans les environs sont aussi très beaux à visiter , Gata del Gorgos ,El Verger , La Xara ..... On remercie Raffaele de nous avoir accompagner à L’hôpital apres un petit soucie survenue à notre fils ,heureusement plus de peur que de mal ; Agréable aussi d'avoir partager avec Raffaele un bon Couscous la veille de notre depart , on aurait aimer que Helma soit présente , malheureusement on n'a pas eu l'occasion de la rencontrer ...un autre jour peut être avec plaisir . on reviendra ...Inchalah ** Nadila , Adel et les enfants .

Des vacances chaudes et agréables

Charmante villa avec tous ce qu'il faut ,très agréable ,des températures de 3O° au mois de septembre ,un régal .Quand a Raphaël ,un homme très gentil ,honnête de bon conseil et très discret quand a notre séjour cher lui ,nous regrettons de ne pas avoir rencontrer son épouse ,Costa blanca,dénia est un coin a découvrir , nous conseillons cette endroit pour sa situation géographique et recommandons cette villa pour ses prix et sa qualité séjour a passer ,vraiment Encore merci et a bientôt ,nous reviendrons.....
