"On arrival, my room was so dirty I had to clean it myself. After lunch, the restaurant closes, and the staff refuse to open the door to provide water. Instead, you’re told to drink bathroom tap water or purchase a 330 ml bottle for €2.90. Poor hygiene and poor guest care—would not recommend."

Modern business hotel with efficient polite desk staff - pretty much as you would expect in Germany. Clean and comfortable, reasonable breakfast."
