Gather around the fire pit on the banks of the creek for a night under the stars, or enjoy a meal together at our dining room table with seating for up to 12, overlooking the picturesque creek views. Located in the beautiful Coosawattee River Resort.

Step out of the cabin and cast your line into the creek and try your hand at some trout fishing, while listening to the soothing sounds of the water. Alternatively, grab a tube, take a hike up the private trail that begins just steps from the cabin and immerse yourself in the stunning natural beauty of the surrounding area. Once you reach the end, hop in your tube and ride back down the creek, feeling the refreshing water splash against your skin.

ABOUT THE CABIN:

Bearly Behaving River Retreat is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom cabin with three floors of luxurious amenities. The top floor of the cabin features a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed and a private bathroom that includes dual vanities, a shower, and a jetted soaker tub. The bedroom also has a private deck with Adirondack chairs, offering stunning panoramic views of the water.

The loft on the top floor provides a perfect space for relaxation with a pool table, desk, day bed, and a comfortable couch to lounge on. This space is perfect for family and friends to unwind and enjoy some quality time together.

The main level includes a bedroom with a king-sized bed and a shared bathroom that features dual vanities, a shower, and a jetted soaker tub. This bedroom also features a deck with Adirondack chairs, which is attached to the living room area. The living room is also located on the main level, where you can enjoy the cozy fireplace and relax on one of the comfortable seating options.

The kitchen is on the main level and is fully stocked with all of the cooking supplies you'll need to whip up delicious meals for your group. There are two dining areas on the main level, one of which seats 12 and overlooks the water, while the other seats 6 and is located right off of the kitchen. The main deck is also located on this level and features rockers that overlook the water, a private fireplace, additional seating, a dining table that seats 8, and a gas grill.

The lower level of the cabin features a bedroom with a king-sized bed and private doors to the lower deck. There is also a full bathroom with a tub/shower, and another bedroom with 2 twin over queen bunk beds, both with trundles. The game room is on this level too and is a real highlight, with pinball, arcade games, and an Infinity game table, offering hours of entertainment for all ages. The game room also has doors to access the lower deck. The lower deck is a great outdoor space with additional rockers that offer views of the water. The deck also features a private hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. Whether you're soaking in the hot tub or enjoying the serene surroundings from the rockers, the lower deck is one more great place to spend time with family and friends.

There is a private fire pit area that's located at the water's edge, offering amazing views while you roast marshmallows and enjoy the warmth of the fire. The fire pit is surrounded by comfortable seating that can accommodate up to 8 people, making it the perfect place to gather with family and friends for some quality time together. Whether you're sharing stories or just enjoying the peaceful sound of the water, the fire pit area is sure to be a favorite spot during your stay at the cabin.

THINGS TO KNOW:

- The resort provides us with 2 passes that will get up to 8 guests at a time into any of the amenities available within the community.

- This home has a gated entrance. A car is necessary to reach this cabin, and front-wheel drive or a 4x4 is recommended due to the roads.

- 2 dogs , weighing 50 lbs or less are welcome in this home with an additional fee.

- Parking notes: The driveway will accommodate 6 vehicles.

* By staying, guests assume responsibility for themselves and members of their party if swimming in the creek and use of the hot tub. Use / swim at your own risk.

* We have one security camera located on the outside left corner of the house facing the driveway which is actively recording video and audio.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
- A guest list will be needed to complete the registration process with the community. This can be provided after booking.
- By completing the reservation you agree to the terms and conditions of our Rental Agreement. You will have an opportunity to download this during the checkout process.
