There was nothing wrong with the Hotel. It’s your company that I’m upset with. When I checked in at the desk, I was told I would have saved $30 if I would’ve booked directly with the hotel. I went with your company because I thought I’d be saving money, but instead I spent more money. That was the first time I used your company to reserve a room and it will be the last time.

Girl at front desk was top notch her name was Bailey. Room had some what of a odd smell I think it just needed some fresh air but over all was pleased One of the best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel would probably stay again if in the area

Our vehicle broke down on the way from Ohio to Audra state park. The check-in desk was so very kind to us. I can't remember her name, but I remember her kindness. Room was clean, air conditioning worked well, water pressure was good.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and nice the hotel was. The staff was friendly and they even saved my daughter’s stuffed animal that got left behind. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area!

All of the above! The staff were so nice, accommodating and helpful. Anything you need, they will do their best to take care of it. The hotel was immaculate from check-in to the room, even the elevator. Will definitely stay at another Sleep Inn based on our visit!
