エルクス・ロッジ周辺のホテル

「Comfortable bed and room.」

「Would have enjoyed my shower more if the water was hotter. Overall. Very nice stay.」

「CLUB ROOM」

「The property is located in a nice greater Richmond area. We came for the weekend for the RVA Tattoo Convention. The lobby area is clean and inviting. We did use the bar; the service was good and quick. As we walked in to check in; there was no one at the front desk. We wait and a lady came out and said she would be right with us. She seemed a bit confused, and it took time for her to check us in. She ran to the back (to get help?) as we were being checked in. She gave us the keys and gave us...

「Stayed for a work trip as a woman traveler. Felt very safe.」

「You have to pay for breakfast and it's awkward. It's self serve but somebody will come put down a receipt with a tip line? If you get put in an adjoining room, you can hear everything and there's nothing they will do about this. But it was clean and there was a hot tub」

「Excellent staff, facility well taken care of a little bit of construction going on but that was okay.」

「👎」

「There is a long wrong with my stay at this hotel. My main concern was getting bed bugs. There has been no effort or concern on the hotels side to fix this serious issue. I immediately had to change plans that have been previously made for my trip to instead invest my time and money cleaning all belongings through a laundry mat and make a doctors visit. I could go on about how disappointed I am in the hotel for their many issues but this is something I am still dealing with. I would advise...

「部屋の掃除状況が非常に悪い」

「Good」

「This inn is perfectly located if you want to drink and dine in Carytown and that would be enough BUT it is also owned and operated by some wonderful folks who work extra hard to make you comfortable, the linens are nice, the bathrobes are fluffy, there’s a wine and cheese hour as well as a fancy coffee maker, and breakfast was lovely. Put all that together and you have and even better Richmond adventure. Loved our stay!」

「Rooms very nice the people are always very nice」
