"Everything about the hotel was great! There were two areas of concern, the pillows just were not comfortable in the water pressure in the shower was nearly nothing. But those are minor and everything was great!"

"There was no accommodation for disabled or handicapped visitors the toilet was very not even a toilet helper to help no handicapped rails in bathroom my sister had knee and hip surgery and I requested a handicapped room and breakfast was fair no fruit only green apples I will not be staying at this hotel again Hilton was next door same price I do visit short pump twice a year for shopping was planning a ladies fellowship next year will not be using this hotel"

"It was awful the bed comforter had cigarettes holes on the comforter, it smell and it was not a good stay."

"Well, this was waaay below normal Homewood Suites standards. The lock on the door was partially broken (the strike plate was completely gone so the dead bolt went directly into the door frame, leaving the door really loose). The pull out couch was broken (leg up off the floor b/c the mechanism was apparently broken). Bathroom door dragged on the floor. The room smelled like someone who did a lot of frying lived there for a long time; there was a smell of old grease in the carpet, linens, etc. Mattress was broken down. Overall room was dark and badly in need of updating, even if it were properly maintained. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, hotel was generally quiet."
