「お部屋は比較的清潔であるけれど、バスルームのカビっぽい臭いや、タイルの汚れが少し気になった。ベッドは清潔で快適。 スタッフは親切だけれど、英語が分からない人が多いため、意思疎通に時間がかかる。 ディナーバッフェは信じられないほど美味しくなく、おかゆしか食べるものがなかった。 赤ちゃん・子ども連れのファミリーが多く、カジノエリア以外は、明るい雰囲気。 周辺の景色はなかなか良い。 総合的に考えると平均点だけれど、食事が悪すぎるため、もう一度宿泊しようと思わない。」

「We spent 2 nights at the resort, and it truly felt like “home away from home”. All staff are wonderful and had been super helpful. We felt warm and welcomed throughout our stay. We love how clean the resort is and how the staff treated us. Love it and very appreciative for the service and made us felt comfortable, enjoyable, and relax during our stay. 「Nous avons reservé pour le nouvel an...trois nuits. Malheureusement une erreur dans les plannings de réservation a ete faite par la direction. Cest pour ca pas 5 etoiles. Nous avons du sejourné dans un endroit endroit pour la nuit du 31. Mais ce ne sera pas 1 etoile mais bien 4 que nous lettons car une erreur est humaine...mais lequipe a tout fait pour nous satisfaire et nous avons ete satisfait du service de la jeune femme apres ce probleme.
