「This property exceeded all of my expectations! The staff was the best. They were helpful at all levels. Especially the senior front desk manager and the dining manager, cook and waitress in the dining area. I had a special request and their attention to detail was the best. 「The rooms are very spacious and beautifully designed. Location was perfect. Staff is very friendly. Will definitely book again and highly recommend it.」

「Room initially given to us hadn’t been cleaned. Corrected the mistake quickly. Rooms are huge, clean. Gym was just on the first floor area and no aircon so limited how long you could exercise. Breakfast was ok but fairly limited unless you’re ok with noodles and fried rice for breakfast. Location was quiet and walkable to restaurants.」

「It is a little far from the downtown area. There is no problem because it is a tuk-tuk distance of about $ 3. It is in a very quiet place. The food is very cheap and delicious. What was great, though. Exit the room and climb the stairs to the roof balcony. A magnificent mountain spreads out in front of you.」

「Our stay was great : the hotel itself has a nice setup with different pools and an access to the river. The common space are big, in the shades most of the time and well maintained. The food was unexpectedly great, like really really good. The room was good, with everything needed to have a good night. Would definitely stay again !」

「The staff at The Columns are extremely nice and helpful. The included breakfast has many nice options and is well-prepared. We had both a double room on the first floor and a balcony room on second floor in our party, and we much preferred the first floor. It’s more spacious, better laid out, and has high ceilings. The second floor is not great for tall people because there are so many low ceilings, and the rooms feel cramped. 」

「Nous avons reservé pour le nouvel an...trois nuits. Malheureusement une erreur dans les plannings de réservation a ete faite par la direction. Cest pour ca pas 5 etoiles. Nous avons du sejourné dans un endroit endroit pour la nuit du 31. Mais ce ne sera pas 1 etoile mais bien 4 que nous lettons car une erreur est humaine...mais lequipe a tout fait pour nous satisfaire et nous avons ete satisfait du service de la jeune femme apres ce probleme.
