「+: Very central location. Huge room with big views. Good value. All the staff is great, from the manager to receptionists to cleaners; very welcoming, smiling, kind. Linen / towels have a hint of chemical smell, had to buy my own towel because couldn't stand it. Not sure if it's the washing products, fabric softener or something the cleaners spray. There's dogs barking all night in one side of the building, had to change room and then it was all good Aircon was smelly. Needs to be cleaned more...

「Clean,quiet and safe area. Good restaurant with reasonable price. Walkable to main Street, Kep market and ferries port where you can go to many islands like Rabbit island extra. I wish the residents around the areas help keep the streets clean and don't let their cows or dogs poop on the streets. 」

「Breakfast is not fresh but staff is OK Electrical outlet does not fit properly with 3-prong plug at all outlets in room. Never have any issues with any outlet at other Cambodia Hotel. This is the first 2-plong plug is OK but hard to plug in. Do not understand why. Property is basically new. Only electrical outlet issues.」

「This property exceeded all of my expectations! The staff was the best. They were helpful at all levels. Especially the senior front desk manager and the dining manager, cook and waitress in the dining area. I had a special request and their attention to detail was the best. I’m very impressed and grateful for making my stay there memorable. Thank you!」

「普通のホテルでした。4星にがっかり。まず、4ＲＯＯＭ中2ＲＯＯＭでシャワーのお湯が出ない。歯ブラシが無いのでお願いしたら次の日の朝にバルコニーに置いてあった。 施設の改装中でしたのでうるさかった。ホテルへの飲み物持ち込みが制限された。朝食の種類が少ない。全体的には対応が遅いのでのんびりと待てばよいと思います。」
