"Rooms was dirty. Had cobwebs, floor was dirty feeling. Room has a weird smell. The pool area, bathroom didn't lock, and had a huge hole about the toilet that had pieces of the ceiling falling out on the floor. The toilet wouldn't flush. Called front desk and he said he would tell housekeeping when they came in. I asked for a plunger and took care of it myself."

"The front desk staff were in a terrible mood. When I checked in, the person was completely expressionless, and at check-out, the person had a really bad attitude. I asked about what it says on the key card holder regarding members being eligible for a short late check-out. They bluntly told me, with a sour face, 'not on weekends.' However, the best part of the hotel and the friendliest faces were the kitchen ladies. They had an amazing attitude! Other than that, the rest of the hotel was very clean and well-located." Breakfast super super good."

"This is our go-to for an overnight getaway for our anniversary. My husband and I both work 70 hour work weeks, so we're looking for a quiet getaway where we can literally fall asleep early. Check in is usually quick and simple, and you're quickly whisked away to your room (use the room's keycard to access the guest rooms). The rooms are always very clean. We had a great view of the river and the walkways and watching the drawbridge change colors at night."

"My only complaint was a few of the rooms had a musty smell !! Total bang for your buck compared to many hotels I’ve stayed in!!! The suite room is perfect for larger families and a bit of privacy. Kitchen has nothing to cook with or utensils so being that if needed. Tons of places within walking distance to eat! Large pool & hot tub! The outdoor patio near the pool could use some love but it worked for us. Needs more chairs & tables and a great add would be sun umbrellas. No complaints just a little help in a few areas as a travel baseball mom we will definitely be back"
