There were a number problems with our stay thast need addressing. 1- The check-in info comes 3 days before arrival to property and a bit confusing.2- The main door to apartment was difficult to open with key and only used my smart app to open (if no t having a smart would be a problem).3- The VRBO info does not tell you there are 80 steps to reach the apartment on the 4th floor, this would preclude some guests.4- The shower was impossible to get a steady water temperature as the hot is on demand, subsequently it runs cold or very hot.I feel all these issues require attention.
