"Entering the flat was a bit disappointing. The flat is quite old, the furniture should be renewed completely. The washing machine is very small, the kitchen equipment is not the best. Bedrooms: 2 rooms do not have air-conditioning. Matraces are old and dirty. Internet: very weak since there is only a Wifi-Adapter via 4G connection which looses the connection or changes to 3G. "All the staff accept the staff who served the breakfast were really nice and helpful. Room was clean, new towels every day. Breakfast was really bad, if you trying to get a breakfast 30 min before it's ending you couldn't find some food and fried eggs were awful. Hotel not looks like on the pictures. 5 stars for front desk, cleaning and location"

"The location of the hotel is good for the station and for restaurants along the promenade howver need to be a pretty robust walker as there are lots of hills and steps! Hotel was ok - decoration was minanilist and clinical. The bedroom and bathroom furniture is basic ( Ikea like!) . The towels were thin and poor quality. There was very little provided in the way of toiletries - no facial soap ,no bath robes. The wardrobe was located in an alcove in the room with a rail and a curtain ! Only one bottle of complimentary water was provided for the 6 day stay. When this was challenged at reception the staff were dismissive - told we could by some at the bar! The nearest shop was about 10 minutes away! A day later two bottles of top quality mineral water were left in our room ! As a seasoned traveller this hotel did not represent value for money - apart from the breakfast which was excellent! Do not pre book breakfast as on arrival the offer for breakfast was half the price of the prebooked price! Sadly this hotel did not live up to expectations and was over priced."

"We stayed 4 nights in the hotel and attended wedding. This hotel was the main stay for all the wedding guests. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and forgot our shopping bag. But upon checking up soon, our bags were gone. We know, the hotel: restaurant staff took them. The staff wasn’t particularly helpful in helping us or reviewing the cameras. This gave a very unpleasant experience. For a hotel of this caliber, we didn’t expect this outcome. I guess, we just had to be careful. Rooms were good otherwise and other amenities were nice"
