Great location. Very close to great eateries, best gelato just around the corner. A/C , W/D were a bonus. Very quiet. There are 4 steep flights, so we were happy to have our sons help with our luggage. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our wonderful stay here perfect location. Property as per described just make sure you are able to walk up stairs. This was in the description so we were fully aware. Loved our stay here. Thank you.

Little gem of a place

We had a great stay here (despite all the power in Spain going off!!). The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town, close to everything. The flat is spacious and clean and has everything you need. It was very quiet too. It’s on the 3rd floor up a small windy staircase so anyone with lots of luggage or limited mobility may struggle. To us, it was fine! Check in and check out was easy too. Highly recommend.

Apartment in the Old Town

We stayed in a large apartment in the Old Town. It’s a beautiful whitewashed apartment perfectly located in the heart of the old town. Very well equipped kitchen and we were delighted to find that it had a washing machine and a Nespresso machine ☺️ Check in is in a separate building across the road which is a lovely place to work on your laptop (if needed). We received a friendly welcome and complimentary coffee! The apartment was on the top floor of an ancient building so bear in mind this could be challenging if you have a lot of luggage with you! We’d recommend staying here.

We never EVER received a key code for the apartment, only for the entrance to the key room. After travelling for over 16 hours and no sleep for over 30 hours we did not appreciate the fact we could not access our apartment. After 3 hours another tourist also having trouble accessing their keys helped us calling as the 20 done phone calls I tried only got me to an answering service for Unik Vacations so no HELP at all. Very frustrating and would not recommend as you get absolutely no assistance they get your money and don’t care after that.

Hopeless check in - Stay away

We were supposed to receive an email regarding checking in, but that was sent via a message service for Expedia that we don’t have access to. Called them for 3 hours before we finally got in. Spoke with the Police in the street and told them the story. They ask if we wanted to report it as it could be scam. Just before reporting Unik Vacation to the Police we got the instructions of how to get in. It was then passed midnight and the evening was spoiled.

Propre, joliment décoré, fonctionnel, literie de qualité, très bien situé dans la vieille ville, seul bémol aucune isolation des fenêtres (mal posées), le bruit de la ville nous a rendu la nuit de sommeil très courte... Dommage, tout le reste était parfait.

Fallos en la comunicación, pero calidad buena

El hotel en si y sus servicios son de muy alta calidad, sin obviar también la maravillosa ubicación. No obstante, la comunicación deja mucho que desear. Nos llego un enlace roto y hasta el ULTIMO momento no pudimos hacer el check-in para conseguir las llaves. Lo pasamos bastante mal ahi la verdad. Por lo demás es un hotel muy bueno y recomendable
