"The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The scarlet macaws and howler monkeys were so fun to watch in the morning right outside of our rooms! The food was delicious, especially the pizzas. I would highly recommend this hotel! Unless you’re at Carara National park at dusk or dawn, you’re going to see way more parrots at this hotel."

"It just wasn't what we were expecting. The sunset views and the beach, well Playa Blanca was breathtaking. Playa Mantas was pretty dirty and we only stayed there long enough to find out how to get to Playa Blanca. The breakfast was probably the best part and most accurate. I was traveling with my mother and we both have mobility issues. Maybe I did not research enough but I was under the impression that the beach was "steps" from the resort and they could accommodate mobility issues. We requested a room with h"
