"We had an amazing stay at Casa Azulai in Puebla. The location couldn’t be better—just a few blocks from the Zócalo, making it easy for us to walk and explore the city. The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are beautiful, with incredibly comfortable beds and soft sheets that made every night relaxing. Honestly, all the pictures fall short compared to how stunning this hotel really is. The colonial architecture throughout the property is truly breathtaking and made our stay feel even more special. The staff were always so kind and welcoming, and they even held our luggage for a few hours after checkout, which helped us enjoy our last day without rushing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Casa Azulai to anyone visiting Puebla!"

"Every one of the staff members were kind and helpful. The location is impeccable on a quiet street one block from the Zocalo. I had the corner suite, top floor #202 (3rd floor American--walk up) with it's over-the-top colonial decor. There's a 24hr convenience store in the building around the corner. 100 restaurants within a few blocks, Amparo Museum close by. Hotel Casa de la Palma is pleasantly historic and a great value for the wallet."
