Trying to find the hotel can be a bit of a problem going around the one way system. We suddenly came across it by driving into the back of the property. We used it on our way to France from Spain. Very large shopping centre within five minutes walk with a large Carrefour and Mercadona.

My husband and I stayed for a week. Great service and very clean and modern looking. It is in a very safe area. We had no issues. Less than 10 min walk from Sagrada Família. Our room was cleaned every day and they had the mini fridge conveniently stocked up with drinks and snacks. They refilled it every time we took something out. Staff knows multiple languages. We spoke to them in both English and Spanish. Lobby also has a nice seating/waiting area, great for waiting on taxis. Would definitely stay again.

Our bed was enormous…a rarity at most hotels, so that was a plus. We didn’t have a view, per se. But, we did get light so we didn’t care. The temperature of the shower water could have been a bit warmer, but again, we didn’t care. We chose to eat breakfast one morning; we were impressed with the offerings. Our only “negative” was.,,there seemed to be an unpleasant smell in the hallway. Luckily that did not permeate into our room. For us, the location was wonderful!

Hotel Midmost Majestic was a great place to stay. It was a bit hidden away and I walked by the entrance several times but, once found, it was fine. The staff were awesome. I had to store medicine in their fridge and they had no problem doing that. They let us leave our bags with them so we could explore the city before checkin time. They even offered to let us check out later and they contacted the cab to take us to the cruise ship. They are right at the top of the Ramblas and away from the maddening crowd. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. It is a small hotel, so you have the benefit of one on one connection. Muchas gracias!
