「From check in to check out, we were well taken care of. From the front desk, to the awesome concierge, or helpful bellboys! We purchased a private shuttle (separate from hotel) to and from the airport. When it didn’t arrive the hotel coordinated a taxi (paid) and dealt with the shuttle service. Just another example of how great they were!」

「Está lejos de lo que es el centro de vallarta, pero si te gusta la aventura y la naturaleza es ideal para ti, el personal muy amable ya las habitaciones de 10, si tu idea es relajarte será ideal, pero si lo que quieres es conocer vallarta, si considera que estarás en una montaña y cada que subes y bajas es terracería y si te tomará tiempo」

The pool is wonderful to relax and enjoy the sunset and have a great cold drink. The room was great loved the view every morning.」
「The room overlooking the pool was strong smell of molds. The room was small and you have to carry up and down your heavy suitcase by yourself. I requested info on diving package, but front desk was totally unable to assist me. If you are up to diving, you had better stay at different places up north. 」
