「First. They advertised "half-board" which everywhere else means breakfast and EITHER supper or dinner. Some days I needed dinner, others supper, so I paid for this. When they told me it was only dinner, I asked for a refund, showing the hotel's own small text in Expedia, using "either". They just said that "here it's only dinner". There was no refund neither from Expedia (spent 30 minutes with an agent, who was useless) nor the hotel. The hotel manager was rude, even disrespectful and laughed at...
