Muy buena estadía, una oportunidad de mejora es tener una segunda opción para la entrada y salida del hotel para los adultos mayores que no son tan tecnológicos, ya que cuenta con un sistema automático por app Después por todo lo demás, muy buena estadía

Room was clean and comfortable, Staff were super friendly and helpful with requests. Dined at the restaurant for dinner, had some local flavours which were delicious. Breakfast was a buffet but not an overwhelming amount of choices, some fresh fruits, a mix of hot local fare and some western choices. The hotel itself is located perfectly at the Plaza de Armas of Cajamarca and is lovely right beside the cathedral. Lots of see and do. Great place to stay. The one drawback is that it is located close to a live music/nightclub so at night, the music was loud and made it difficult to sleep. Also, no heater or air conditioning unit in the rooms so ventilation is tough. Opening the windows brings in lots of street noise (car exhaust, honking) and keeping window closed means it gets hot.
