Great staff, great stay

A great place to stay with very attendant staff. Decadent food, a great little barroom and a beautiful fountain and waterfall make this an instant classic. Ample rooms and an enjoyable stay, though the internet is painfully slow.

Not worth the price

They allowed us to check in early and the free breakfast was nice. However, the shower head nozzle was broken so the stream of water was more like a forceful jet. One window of our room faced directly into a stairwell and the other toward the hotel lobby, so there was no sunlight and we could not open the curtains without the entire hotel seeing into our room. The hotel was conveniently situated near the Plaza. When we checked out they were cleaning and we had to stand in a huge puddle of water while we paid. We also had to walk through a lake of water created by their cleaning to get out. Our flight left at night so they allowed us to store our bags (these were well guarded and everything was there when we picked them up). But there were no public bathrooms open when we came back to get our bags; they finally tracked down a key to a bathroom for us to use. For the price, you could find a much nicer accommodation.
