「We do a trip and gather for a big dinner a few times a year. We seen this estate and this was the location where we wanted to enjoy. House was perfect for all of the different age kids and. Adults. Location closed to many beach’s and restaurants. Over all amazing time and the host was the best I have had on the VRBO app. So I would recommend this location to anyone that asked. 」

「This property is perfect for families, friends, and large groups with 4 bdrm 3 bath in main house and 2 bdrm 1 bath in lower back house. Plenty of towels and kitchen stocked with dishes. Family games provided that we used connect 4 and tic tac toe. We brought out Monopoly, but didnt get time to play. Few minutes drive to the beach and SeaWorld. 20 min to San Diego Zoo, 40min to Legoland. Unobstructed view of SeaWorld fireworks at night. If airplane noise bother you, it could be a problem as the...

「We had a beautiful weekend, the view out the front window was stunning and so relaxing. The home is in great condition and the lawn games were a really big hit!」

「Our stay was great. There was just a couple of things I felt could have been better. We were 20 minutes early and had to wait outside to enter. The house was ready so I felt there was no reason why we couldn't have entered. When traveling you can't control things to the minute. Another thing was the paperwork said for us to sweep the floors but the broom they had was in great need to be replaced. Other than that, the house was perfect.」

「Cozy space with lots of light and spacious backyard! Our pup liked playing with the butterfly visitors in the yard (a bonus neighborhood feature!), and we enjoyed the perfect weather relaxing in the Adirondack chairs out back. We actually drove into town for our visit and found the street parking to be very easy plus the driveway fit our primary car. Host was very responsive regarding check-in and checkout. Will definitely stay here again!」

「Great location, quiet neighborhood. Easy to jump on the freeway system if you plan to go to downtown San Diego or the beaches. Nice amenities: Keurig/mini refrigerator, grill, outdoor eating area and comfortable chairs to relax in. 」

「Stay was great. The pictures don't do the property justice. The house was amazing and very spacious. We had an amazing stay. There was literally no reason to leave the house except for food and drinks. My only complaints are the rooms closest to the pool were very warm, the grill was not clean, and several of the utensils were dirty.」

"It was a very good hotel with excellent facilities and service. The room was clean, and the gym equipment was also great. There is a Starbucks inside the hotel, and a large mall nearby, which makes it very convenient. The breakfast was delicious.
