"Hello there, well check in was easy, clean room AC good, house keeper super nice, the pool, clean nice. I've forgot my sneakers in there room, I called the front desk and they saved them for me, which it was cool. We had breakfast at restaurant, the food was ok they can definitely improve, our waitress name is Alejandra, she does not need to work there! she does not like people, the service was horrible, no good morning I mean I literally have keep calling her the get things like more coffee, water, napkins etc. I still tip her. The next next day as we were leaving she gave me the worst look. The restaurant was empty we were the only ones there and yet service was horrible. We came back a few weeks after to pick up my sneakers, we stayed there again the front desk guy name Alejandro super nice! I talked to him about what happened before my experience. The hotel parking is under construction the first time we stayed it there was noice, Alejandro gave a room far which it worked out, We did not had breakfast there. Would I stay there again yes definitely."

"Second stay at San Nicolas. My husband and I love it here. Pool was perfect way to cool down during our stay. We love how convenient it is to have safe parking and be so close to an Oxxo for essentials. The bar service is amazing with tasty drinks, thanks Diego for always taking care of us. Will definitely be back!"

"The place is clean and good location to enjoy downtown with many options to Restaurants. We had breakfast at the Hotel’s Restaurant's and the food was excellent . My only complain was that at time of checking out the front desk was so pushy for me to leave the room even after I had requested a little time to have breakfast there. They knocked on my door, called me and I ended up leaving my phone charger behind. I called that same night to notify them but i was told to call next morning. I called next morning to be told that no charger was found. I then went back to hotel, and it took for me to ask for the Gerente/ supervisor and he went back to check and he found it and returned my phone charger. I thanked him because he took the time to really verify and found it. My suggestion is that front desk is more attentive snd listen to requests."

"We had a great stay from Friday through Sunday! The hospitality was wonderful, and everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was nice and quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. We stayed in a junior suite, and it was very spacious and accommodating for my family. Overall, we had a great experience this is our overall to go to place to stay when in Ensenada"
